In plain English: we do not sell your data. We only use the information you give us to deliver the services you hired us for, to communicate with you about your account and our offers, and to keep our website and messaging programs running and compliant. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing admin@profitwithprophets.com. This Privacy Policy explains in detail what we collect, why, how we share it, and what rights you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you visit our website, fill out a form, opt in to text messages, or become a client, we collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Contact details: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing or service address.
• Business information: industry, service area, role at the company, website URL, and details about your marketing or lead-generation needs.
• Account & billing information: payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers ourselves), billing address, and subscription history.
• Communications: messages you send us through chat, email, SMS, phone, intake forms, or our client portal, including any files you upload.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and click events.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5 for the named cookies and how they work.
• Analytics events: page views, form submissions, button clicks, and conversion events captured by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel.

2.3 SMS Opt-In Metadata

When you opt in to our SMS program, we record the timestamp of the opt-in, the source (chat form, lead form, or other intake point), the IP address used, the phone number provided, and the consent language you saw at the time of opt-in. This metadata is retained as proof of consent for compliance with TCPA and carrier (CTIA / 10DLC) requirements.

4. SMS / Mobile Information — Carrier-Required Disclosure

This section contains the carrier-required disclosures for our A2P 10DLC SMS program. It is intentionally written in the exact language that mobile carriers and 10DLC reviewers expect to see.

4.1 Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help

• You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Profit With Prophets by submitting our chat form, completing one of our lead capture forms, or otherwise expressly providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages.
• Reply STOP at any time to any SMS message from us to be unsubscribed from that program. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from that program.
• Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at admin@profitwithprophets.com or (737) 374-7778.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.2 Program Details

• Program name: Profit With Prophets SMS.
• Message categories: transactional confirmations, appointment reminders, and marketing offers (mixed-use).
• Estimated monthly volume: 1,000 to 10,000 messages.
• Sending platform: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) using Twilio infrastructure.

6.4 GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (and Twilio underneath)

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution recordkeeping). When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of the program plus the period required by applicable carrier and regulatory rules.

8. Your Rights (Privacy Rights)

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you:

• Right to access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to deletion: request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correction: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to portability: request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.

Our services are designed for businesses and business owners. The site and services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Profit With Prophets LLC is operated from the State of Texas in the United States.
